My Care Journey

AIC With You interviews real-life caregivers, seniors and care professionals in Singapore to get their perspective on living and ageing well in Singapore. Their inspiring stories shed a light on the many ways Singaporeans fulfil their wish to spend their years with their loved ones, with the support of Community Care. This includes applying for financial assistance to manage their care costs, getting suitable Community Care services (such as home care, day care or nursing homes) for loved ones, to initiatives for caregiver well-being. Active seniors also share the ways they stay engaged cognitively and physically with lifelong learning and regular exercise.
